Transition nvidia layer completely to dnf5 
It turns out that "rpm-ostree install" marks all packages as user
installed, therefore it's impossible to distinguish manually installed packages
from their dependencies and "dnf5 autoremove" doesn't work. Moving to
dnf5 resolves this.

Caution

Configuration and images in this repository are intended for my personal usage only, I strongly recommend not using them directly as they may change in unpredictable ways. The same currently applies to the repository itself.
